How to Buy
Step One:
Select the product you want to purchase and put into the Cart. You can select multiple items in the Cart;
Step Two:
After you make the selections, you can press check out in the Cart;
Step Three:
After you press check-out, please enter your address to make the delivery. The delivery cost depends on the location of your address;
Step Four:
Press Check-Out and you can make the payment. We accept payment by Paypal, Credit Card….etc
Delivery
Within Hong Kong:
Delivery will be made within 3 days after the Date of Purchase
Asean countries:
Delivery will be made within 7 days after the Date of Purchase
Warranty Terms
- If your product is arrived at damaged / Defective / incomplete or incorrect at the time of delivery, you are eligible for claim Smart-Living.com to return and replace the Product within 7 days upon receipt of the delivery.
- Smart-Living.com warrant our Product free from design and manufacturing defect for 18 months from the Date of Purchase. However, the Warranty does not cover damage which is made during usage.
- For replacement arrangement, please provide the Purchase Receipt and Serial Number and email to admin@wiseliving.com.hk. Our service staff will contact you within 24 hours.
